About Me
Hi, I’m Egor — a Staff Product Designer based in Istanbul, open to relocation within the EU.

I believe that who you work with is just as important as what you work on. That’s why this page exists: to give you a sense of who I am — not only as a professional, but also as a person. For me, shared values are the foundation of great teamwork
At Work
I currently work at Raiffeisen Bank as a Staff Product Designer. My focus is on building an enterprise document management system that unifies all regulations into a single platform — a product I designed from scratch, from research through to a working system used by 10,000 employees. Along the way, I also support teams that don’t have their own designers.

I love challenges full of unknowns and constraints — where you need to untangle the mess and design something clear and logical. It’s a bit like being a detective: piecing together evidence until the whole story makes sense. Whether it’s mapping undocumented business logic in a banking system or figuring out why users drop off in a travel booking funnel, the process is the same — dig deeper than the brief, find the real problem, then design the simplest solution that works.

If you’re curious about how I think through design problems — from structuring complexity with OOUX to making tradeoffs under technical constraints — I’ve put together a page about my Design Approach
My Values
I don’t blindly apply frameworks — I adapt tools to the context, always balancing business outcomes with care for the user. The right method follows from a clear understanding of the problem, not the other way around.

In teams, I deeply value honesty, support, and respect. Without them, there is no trust — and without trust, there is no product
A Bit Personal
Outside work, life is full too. I go to the gym regularly and unwind with detective series — if you need a recommendation, The Residence and Mindhunter are my all-time favourites. I run a fashion Telegram channel where I mix style advice with memes and sarcasm, because fashion should never be too serious. Cooking is another big one — my friends say I do it pretty well, and dinner at my place usually ends with everyone asking for seconds.

I spend time with my dog Chibi, the sweetest companion who gets me out of bed every morning. I’ve been dancing folk styles for 17 years and performed at international festivals — now I channel that energy into travelling and discovering new cities, nature, and cultures. Recently, I’ve been exploring psychology — reading and learning more about how people think and grow. It feeds directly into my design work more than I expected
Why This Matters
I want you to see not just the projects and skills, but the person behind them. Great products are built by teams where people share values, curiosity, and respect — and I’m looking for exactly that kind of team
